Terms & Licensing

Last updated: February 22, 2026

These terms govern commercial use of the DRTV Attribution platform by approved organizations.

1. License Scope

The platform is licensed, not sold. License grants are limited to authorized business users and approved environments under the applicable order form.

2. Permitted Use

Customers may use the service for attribution analytics, governance workflows, and reporting. Reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, or resale is prohibited unless explicitly contracted.

3. Access and Security Obligations

Customers must enforce role-based access, strong credentials, and token rotation practices. Credentials and secrets must not be shared or embedded in public repositories.

4. Service Levels (SLA)

SLA targets, support windows, and incident severity definitions are established in the commercial agreement. Planned maintenance windows and emergency changes are excluded as specified in the SLA schedule.

5. Data Ownership and Processing

Customer data remains customer-owned. The provider processes data only to operate and secure the service according to contractual instructions and privacy terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, models, methods, and documentation remain the provider's intellectual property unless explicitly assigned in writing.

7. Fees, Term, and Renewal

Fees, billing cadence, term length, and renewal terms are defined in the order form. Non-payment or material breach may result in suspension according to contract terms.

8. Warranties and Liability

The service is provided under the warranty and liability limits defined in the master agreement. Attribution outputs support decision-making but do not constitute legal, accounting, or investment advice.

9. Termination and Exit

On termination, customer access is revoked and data export/deletion follows the agreed retention and offboarding policy.

10. Governing Terms Hierarchy

If there is conflict, signed commercial agreements prevail over this public summary page.
